On Wednesday, 21 June we celebrated International Yoga Day with office yoga sessions to promote health and wellbeing. Practicing Yoga can help reduce stress levels through meditation and improve overall wellbeing. Professional yoga instructor Danielle Bailey from the Yoga House came by to teach us simple techniques to improve breathing and posture in the work place.
