Transguard to Transform Workforce Onboarding with The Launchpad

Dubai, United Arab Emirates – Business solutions provider Transguard Group has unveiled The Launchpad, a dedicated training and mobilisation centre designed to enhance the way large-scale workforces are prepared and deployed across the UAE.
Bringing together workforce planning, recruitment, arrivals processing and training within a single integrated environment, The Launchpad supports a more streamlined employee journey while enabling Transguard to respond rapidly to evolving client requirements.

The facility currently supports the recruitment and onboarding of approximately 30,000 employees annually, with the capacity to scale to 60,000 employees per year. Since becoming operational, The Launchpad has reduced employee arrival timelines by 70%, accelerating deployment while enhancing the overall onboarding experience. Advanced digital capabilities, including Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA), support planning, documentation and workflow management, have simplified processes and improved operational visibility across the employee lifecycle.
Training remains a core component of the model, with approximately 13,000 employees attending courses each month. Programmes include role-specific learning, mandatory compliance modules, health and safety training and UAE orientation sessions that help employees transition successfully into their new roles and surroundings.
