We present a full end-to-end MSP based on customer needs and requirements. Factoring all details within our consultancy project the Transguard team design a complete MSP Programme to implement whether the model is to be managed by Transguard or self-managed by our customer.
Once agreed with our client, Transguard takes control in the implementation of the programme with defined milestones and timelines. Working closely with business stakeholders and existing workforces we effectively manage a programme-wide transformation for talent management as well as managing change within customer operations.
Once the programme is implemented, Transguard provides an on-site team to manage the programme from end to end. All workflows, requirements and service delivery are managed by Transguard and customer deals with a single team on their own premises.
