Transguard Delivers Advanced First Aid Training to Security and Accommodation Teams

Dubai, United Arab Emirates – Transguard Group, the UAE’s leading business support and outsourcing provider, has expanded its commitment to safety with specialised first aid training for its Security and Accommodation teams. First introduced in summer 2020, this programme equips staff with essential life-saving skills to respond confidently in emergencies.
Delivered in partnership with Simon Rogers of Turret Training Ltd and endorsed by The Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, the training combines classroom learning with practical, scenario-based exercises. Participants learn CPR, bleed control, airway management and trauma care techniques designed for real-world situations.
To date, more than 50 team members from Transguard’s Accommodation division and three cohorts from our Executive Protection teams have successfully completed the programme. Accommodation teams complete a two-day course covering generic first aid and medical emergencies while Executive Protection teams undertake a three-day FAST (First Aid and Specialist Training) Aid syllabus focused on advanced trauma interventions. Successful candidates receive certification valid for three years, recognised internationally for its high standards.

This training has already made a difference with several interventions by Transguard’s teams in critical incidents and is a reflection of the business’ ongoing commitment to protect people and property across all operations.
