Transguard Group Signs MOU with Al Ghandi Auto

Dubai, United Arab Emirates – Leading business solutions provider Transguard Group inaugurated the first day of Intersec Dubai 2025 with the signing of an MOU with Al Ghandi Auto. The ceremony was held at Transguard’s stand at the exhibition.
“Transguard’s Cash Management Services division has supported the growth of the UAE since 2001,” explained Rabie Atieh, Chief Executive Officer, Transguard Group. “Signing this MOU with Al Ghandi Auto will enable us to provide the country with even more robust solutions.”
Under the terms of the agreement, Al Ghandi Auto, one of the largest automotive groups in the region, will provide Transguard Group with more than 100 GMC Savanas; this is in addition to a previous order for 100 vans, which have replaced and expanded Transguard’s existing fleet of armoured vehicles.
“Al Ghandi Auto was built around the vision to improve our customer’s lives with the best possible offering of products, services and support,” stated Buti Saeed Al Ghandi, Managing Director, Al Ghandi Auto. “Signing this MOU allows us the opportunity to not only offer our support to Transguard but also to the nation’s businesses, citizens and residents.”
