Transguard Group Signs MOU with Cynapse

Business solutions provider continues to lead the way in terms of introducing new technology
Business solutions provider Transguard Group is pleased to announce it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Singapore-based company Cynapse, a leading provider of Video Intelligence solutions, powered by Generative AI. Under the agreement, the Systems Integration division of Transguard will be exploring the company’s AI-led video intelligence capabilities.
“Our Systems Integration team continues to lead the way in terms of adopting new technologies and we look forward to understanding how Cynapse’s smart campus safety and security solutions complement the needs of the UAE,” stated Rabie Atieh, CEO, Transguard Group.
“We established our business with the aim of being ahead of the technology curve and we look forward to empowering Transguard Systems Integration with our AI-powered safety and security comprehensive video intelligence solutions,” added Guy Ron, CEO, Cynapse.
The MOU was signed during last night’s Enterprise Singapore event in the presence of the Ambassador of Singapore to the UAE, H.E. Kamal R Vaswani.
