This agreement strengthens a collaboration that began in early 2025 and underscores both companies’ commitment to setting new benchmarks in Executive Protection across the UAE and GCC.
Transguard’s well-respected Executive Protection team has been trusted by high net worth individuals, celebrities, politicians and other notable personalities since 2018; Polaris, which is headquartered in London and operates locally as Polaris G8keeper L.L.C-FZ, is recognised worldwide for its expertise in Close Protection and Executive Protection services.
Under this agreement, Transguard and Polaris will collaborate on delivering premium Executive Protection and transportation services as well as the joint development of specialised training programmes, such as the region-specific CP/EP course currently being designed in consultation with SIRA.

Responsible for 14.4 million meals per month, the chefs from Taste of Home hail from all over the world.
Dubai, United Arab Emirates – Taste of Home, the catering arm of business solutions provider Transguard Group, has today revealed that it has secured AED 11 million in new and renewed contracts over the last four months.
“Taste of Home began with the mission of providing healthy, affordable meals to our site-based colleagues and a few years ago we expanded our portfolio to include other types of staff catering,” explains Rabie Atieh, Chief Executive Officer, Transguard Group. “These changes have been exceptionally well received in the market, as evidenced by today’s announcement.”
In addition to a renewal from one of the region’s most recognizable fashion and lifestyle retail conglomerates (for whom Taste of Home has provided a daily breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet for the last two years), the catering company was also selected by a major construction firm to provide 2,000 daily dinner parcels. This summer, Taste of Home also won a new contract to provide 1,500 meals per day for the largest laundry service provider in the region, as well as 1,500 meals per month for the staff of a popular five-star hotel.
Taste of Home produces 14.4 million meals every month out of it 3,500-square meter state-of-the-art, ISO-certified facility in Dubai Investment Park. Catering to the requirements of blue collar staff, offices, schools, restaurants and events, Taste of Home has the capacity to produce 80,000 meals per day.

Dubai, United Arab Emirates – Leading business solutions provider Transguard Group inaugurated the first day of Intersec Dubai 2025 with the signing of an MOU with Al Ghandi Auto. The ceremony was held at Transguard’s stand at the exhibition.
