Dubai, United Arab Emirates – Transguard Group announced today that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Huawei that will allow the two companies to work more closely together on major Systems Integration projects. 

“Our long-standing partnership with Huawei will further strengthen our ability to offer the latest in innovative technology solutions to our customers,” said Dr. Abdulla Al Hashimi, Chief Executive Officer, Transguard Group. “After collaborating with Huawei in 2019 on a major control room project that includes, among other features, the latest in facial recognition technology, we anticipate that this collaborative approach will allow us to offer more complex security solutions in the critical national infrastructure landscape.”

David Shi, President EBG, Huawei Middle East, added: “We are thrilled to fortify our already strong partnership with Transguard Group, and look forward to complementing each other’s expertise in advanced technology and service capabilities.”

The memorandum was signed during GITEX Technology Week 2020, one of the world’s leading technology exhibitions.

Business solutions provider reveals new contracts and increased activity across a multitude of sectors in the UAE capital

The Systems Integration division of TGSS has long provided the installation, expertise and know-how behind key CCTV operations and other control room requirements in the emirate.
